I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and I created The Holistic Flock to share my knowledge and support others in adopting a better way of living.

Half of my heart resides in the kitchen, while the other half finds solace in nature. I adore cooking and experimenting with different ingredients. I also appreciate connecting with myself in the wilderness, where I can nourish and feel whole.

What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic nutrition is an approach to eating and living that considers the whole person.
Registered Holistic Nutritionists (RHN) focus on the idea that all aspects of a person's life are interconnected and can impact their health. Instead of just looking at individual nutrients or diets, holistic nutrition takes into account factors like stress, sleep, exercise, and even mental and emotional health.
The goal is to create a balanced and personalized approach to nourishment that supports the body's natural ability to stay healthy.
I consider various interconnected aspects of a person's well-being to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle recommendations.

Nutrition
I believe in choosing whole, nutrient-dense foods that provide essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Emphasis is often placed on locally grown products, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, fruits, leafy greens, and vegetables.

Lifestyle
I explore your overall lifestyle as an individual, including your environment, daily routines, stress levels, physical activity, and sleep patterns. Balancing these factors are crucial to maintain a healthy daily routine.

Mind-Body Connection
Mental and emotional well-being are vital components to maintain a healthier routine. Techniques like mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation are often incorporated into my recommendations

Even though I follow a consolidated base of guidelines and components, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. You have unique needs and my program is tailored to reflect on your indidivual health goals.

This is the foundation of my practice. I consider myself a facilitator who guides and educates you in making conscious choices to build and maintain a healthier lifestyle and nutritional habits. Your health is the most important thing you have, and I am here to support you in succeeding on your long-term journey.
As an R.H.N, my concern is to assist you in building and maintaining wellness through your nutritional and lifestyle needs. The support I provide in my practice is for the purpose of achieving optimal health and is intended as a complement to your healthcare and not intended to replace the care of a qualified health care professional. My recommendations are not to be considered as medical advice, and I do not diagnose or treat diseases or conditions.

In collaboration with Cameron Murdoch, we've developed a 12-week program designed to empower individuals to attain optimal health through our holistic nutrition approach.
Over the course of these 12 weeks, you will have the opportunity to meet with both of us regularly and receive a personalized recommendation plan tailored to help you achieve your wellness goals.
